Vista Pacific is an emerging private real estate investment firm focused on the acquisition, management and disposition of residential and commercial real estate assets. 

We are currently focused on investing in REO, and non-performing and distressed performing residential and commercial loan pools. Our transaction sizes range from $10 million to $100 million, with the ability to execute larger transactions on behalf of our partners. 

Vista Pacific acquires portfolios of loan pools on behalf of Institutional and Private investors as well as our own account.  We source loans through the spectrum of small, medium, and large community, regional and national banks, hedge fund resellers, and other holders of loan pools.  We have an expertise in acquiring large pools of low balance assets with transparency, efficiency, and results.
